DAY 01: ARRIVAL AT GUWAHATI - LOCAL TOUR - NAGAON:

After arrival at Guwahati Railway Station, you will visit the Umananda Temple. This Shiv temple is located in the Umananda Island which is the smallest river island in the world. Then you will visit the Balaji Temple and Basistha Temple. Later, travel to Nagaon for the night.

DAY 02: WHOLE DAY IN MAHA MRITYUNJAYA TEMPLE:

DAY 03: NAGAON TO DIRANG (200KM/6HRS APPROX.):

Leave for Dirang post Breakfast. On the way to Dirang, visit Tippi Orchid Centre, Bomdila Monastery. Overnight stay in a hotel in Dirang.

DAY 04: DIRANG TO TAWANG (140KM/4.5HRS APPROX.):

After an early breakfast leave for Tawang.  Enroute visit Dirang Monastery and Sangti Valley. Located just 15 kilometres away from Dirang, Sangti Valley is a hidden gem very few know about. Dense jungles, voluptuous rivers and a looming presence of the Eastern Himalayas make it a picture postcard perfect destination. Enroute drive past the Sela Pass at 13,700ft - the second highest motorable road in India. Also visit the Sela Lake nearby. Stop at Jaswant Garh to pay homage to the brave soldiers of the 1962 Indo-Chinese aggression.

DAY 05: TAWANG SIGHTSEEING:

Tawang full day sight-seeing visiting the Tawang monastery, the craft centre, the war memorial, Ani Gompha and the local market. Tawang monastery is the second largest in the world, housing over 500 monks. Overnight stay in Tawang. 

Optional: Visit to Bumla Pass (China border), PT Tso Lake and Sangester Lake (Madhuri Lake) - Separate permit and local vehicle is required. Supplementary Cost: Rs. 6000/- per vehicle (Xylo/Similar). It totally depends on weather conditions.

DAY 06: TAWANG TO BOMDILA (175KM/5.5HRS APPROX.):

After breakfast leave for Bomdila. Enroute visit Jung waterfall (also known as Nuranang falls). Overnight stay in a hotel in Bomdila.

DAY 07: BOMDILA TO GUWAHATI (175KM/5.5HRS APPROX.):

Return drive from Bomdila to Guwahati. It’s a downhill journey which will take around 7-8 hours to reach Guwahati. On the way, visit the Nag Temple. Overnight stay in Guwahati.

DAY 08: GUWAHATI DEPARTURE:

Morning, visit Kamakhya temple. The Kamakhya Temple is a Sakta temple dedicated to the mother goddess Kamakhya. It is one of the oldest of the 51 Shakti Pithas. Then do some shopping in the Fancy Bazaar. Also, visit the Sukreswar Temple. Later, transfer to Guwahati Railway Station for departure.

PACKAGE EXCLUSION:

● Any Airfare, Train fare which is not mentioned in the Itinerary.

● Any Medical/rescue evacuation due to mishaps.

● Any personal nature items like Laundry, gratuity to driver/guide, etc.

● Entrance Fee for tourist.

● Travel Insurance.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons, we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

·         25% of tour/service cost if cancelled 45 days before the tour.

·         35% of tour/service cost if cancelled within 25 days before the tour.

·         70% of tour/service if cancelled within 15 days before the tour.

·         No refund for tour starting within 10 days, after the start or middle of the tour.

·         The Process of Refund will take around 30 days to complete.

Note: Written cancellation will be accepted on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday).

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

HOW TO CONFIRM / WHAT NEED TO CARRY / TnC/SPECIAL NOTE:

· To confirm Package, we need all travelers exact Name, Date of Birth, Gender.

· Send us your Arrival & Departure Train / Flight details

· Your optional roaming mobile numbers.

· Transfer / Deposit 50 % payment for confirmation of Package. Balance 50% will be paid on arrival.

· All travelers (including child) must carry during tour: Original ID Address proof (PAN card not valid).

· Dinner and Lunch is not included. It can be ordered in the hotel. Sometimes you may go out to local restaurants to explore local cuisines. 

· Check-In / Check-out time at all the properties would be at 1200 Hrs (Noon). Some properties may not allow early check-In.

· Room allotment will be as per availability. Same category for all rooms can not be guaranteed.

· Check your luggage/belongings/valuables/ items in any form, before leave the vehicle/ check out hotel. We/Our Company/organization are not responsible / liable in any manners in case of lost/misplace/damage/ forget of anything in the vehicle/hotel.

· Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.

· We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.

· We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

· We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggages & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.

· The rates quoted in the package are on per person basis and valid only for Indian citizens.
